Direct Action

Dear American Opposition:

On Labor Day, we rise again. Not as spectators, but as a movement.

We will flood the streets, shoulder to shoulder, making the ground shake beneath the boots of the powerful.

But the next day, September 2, everything changes: The shouts in the streets will become knocks on the doors of power. We will carry the full weight of our demands into the marble halls where decisions are made. We will no longer wait for those who’ve failed us to come to us. We will go to them.

This is the passage between phases: In the first, we built our numbers, tested our strength, and found each other in the noise. We built community and learned we were not alone. That our anger was shared and our hope contagious.

Now, we take that power and aim it like a spear: As campaign season begins, we are moving from protest to direct action. From demanding justice to delivering consequences.

Some will tell you to be patient. They will ask you to trust a system that has betrayed you again and again. But we are done waiting for permission. The time for speeches and handshakes has passed. The only language power understands is pressure — unrelenting, personal, and impossible to ignore. Our peaceful persistence right in their faces.

In the primaries, we will replace ineffective Democrats with fighters.

In the general election, we will defeat every possible Republican.

This is not vengeance. This is accountability. This is the work of citizens who refuse to be ruled by fear.

From this moment forward, our movement is not a distant cry—it’s a face-to-face reckoning. It is the knowledge that the people are coming, and that we won’t stop until the balance of power has been restored.

In solidarity,

Carlos Álvarez-Aranyos
